Jessica Jung Diet 2021

Back in April 2021, Jessica Jung uploaded a vlog to her YouTube channel about what she eats in a week during a diet. Jessica ate konjac brown rice, avocado, pollack roe, egg roll, green onion, and light soy sauce for her first meal. This can be called konjac bibimbap. For those who cannot dare to part with rice, konjac rice is an excellent alternative because it is low on calories.

During her second meal, Jessica ate a beef tenderloin salad. Her salad contains lettuce, tomato, carrots and lean beef. She cooks the most in some oil on a pan. For salad dressing, she puts a lot of olive oil and balsamic.

She ate a sandwich with rye bread, turkey deli meat, Romaine lettuce, cheese, tomato, and avocado for her third meal. She stated that while she eats sandwiches, she usually eats Cheetos Flaming Hot chips but opts to skip them during a diet. For her diet, she drinks kombucha to prevent bloating and reduce puffiness. She recommends kombucha if you crave soda. You can even mix it with sparkling water to make it more like soda!

She ate Greek yogurt, strawberry, granola, and honey for breakfast during the fourth day. She states that Greek yogurt is more nutritious than regular yogurt and recommends it as a post-workout snack since it is high protein.

For the fifth day, Jessica ate two baked eggs and soy milk. Finally, during the last day, Jessica ate out with friends. During her meal out, she ate roast chicken breast with truffle inside. There, she gave a pro-tip, "If it tastes good, it is zero calories!"

Jessica shared lots of diet tips for her viewers as she made her meals. She revealed that she does not eat past 7 PM. Jessica also stated that she wants her meals to be yummy even if she is on a diet. For those going on an extreme diet, she recommends skipping the sauce. She also does not snack between meals.

She also recommends that if you have plans to have a meal out with someone, eat a little at home to prevent overeating while with your acquaintances. While eating out, she also stated she stays away from alcohol and tries to hydrate herself by drinking lots of water. She is also cautious when choosing what to eat on the menu.

Jessica Jung Workout 2021

During her time as an idol, Jessica got most of her workouts through dance practices. She would practice five days a week for two to three hours during not-promoting days. However, if Girls' Generation had a comeback or when she was prepping for her solo work, it is not uncommon for her (and other idols like her!) to practice five days a week for nine to ten hours.

Now, her idol-like has taken a backseat. While she has not divulged her workout routine, there are ways to get a figure like her. One way is yoga. Yoga is an easy form of exercise that promotes flexibility. Yoga also allows the body to become slim and well-toned.

Doing cardio can also help you achieve a body like Jessica's. Doing push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, crunches, and leg raises every day can help slim down your figure and tone your abdomen!
