Pilates is a system of exercises performed either on a floor mat or with special apparatus. This helps improve physical strength, posture, flexibility and enhance mental health. Additionally, it involves accurate moves and specific breathing techniques that need to be done properly for positive results.

In an interview with ELLE Korea in 2020, VIVIZ SinB stated that she and her three other members don't lose weight through physical training. Hence, the company let them do Pilates.

The former GFRIEND member revealed during the interview that she has been doing Pilates for the past four years. She added that if she has plenty of time, she performs Pilates three times a week. But, if she has busy schedules for a week, she only does it once.

One time, VIVIZ member SinB and her former bandmate Yerin shared a video where that shows some of the moves from their daily exercises.

Apart from performing Pilates and other exercises, dance practicing is naturally part of VIVZ SinB's workout routine. It is typical for K-pop idols to take part in a weekly dance practice that will last for hours to get the choreography right. As practicing requires movements of the body, it burns excess fat easily.

VIVIZ SinB Diet Plan

There is not much information known about VIVIZ SinB's diet plan but GFRIEND's diet was mentioned in the past.

One year after their debut, the GFRIEND members had a diet regulation. SinB's bandmates Eunha and Umji appeared on "Hello Counselor" back in August 2017 and shared what food they weren't allowed to eat within that one year.

According to Umji and Eunha, GFRIEND members were prohibited from eating any food rich in carbohydrates such a pasta, rice and bread. Because of this, they decided to eat sweet potatoes to satiate their hunger at night.
