Prior to making her debut as a solo artist under YG Entertainment following her participation in "K-Pop Star," Lee Hi had to undergo a strict diet to lose weight and be able to make her debut. Since then, Lee Hi has been maintaining her weight, while gradually losing extra baby fat over the years.
Now, standing at around 156cm (5'1") in height and weighing between 49kg to 54kg, Lee Hi has transformed herself and lost all of her baby fat, allowing her to exude a more mature and sexy aura with her youthful visuals, and making her look more petite.
When it comes to Lee Hi's workout routine, she leads an active lifestyle and is a fitness enthusiast.
Unlike most K-Pop idols or singers, Lee Hi's main form of workout isn't dancing, but rather, by constantly moving her body and going to the gym.

According to reports, Lee Hi spends at minimum of 20 minutes for her workout, and at least three to five days a week.
Although she doesn't say what specific exercises she does when working out, she likes to focus on her butt, legs, and abs while incorporating light weights for two to three sets of each exercise.
She also does simple activities that may seem simple, but can actually do wonders - like walking! When it comes to walking, Lee Hi spends at least an hour every day.
Lee Hi's Diet Plan
In terms of Lee Hi's diet, she is said to follow a diet plan made for her by her nutritionist or trainer. However, there are no specific details as to what she eats when she's maintaining or losing weight, except for having a number of spoonfuls of soy milk before she takes each of her meals.

According to reports, Lee Hi also follows a timetable crafted for her for when she is to eat her meals. She is also said to count calories and alter the size of her meals depending on her activity level and schedule.
