With less than a month left before New Year, SHINee Taemin, Brave Girls, IU and more are some of the K-pop idols stars who will turn 30 in Korean age, leaving their majestic 20s.
In particular, the year 2022 is right around the corner, and aside from a new start for the K-pop scene, idols born in 1993 will be celebrating another milestone as they turn 30 based on the Korean age system.

1.IU
Although IU is not part of a group, she will always be treated as the "youngest" of K-pop enthusiasts.

2. T-ara Jiyeon
Jiyeon, who is a long-time friend of IU will also enter the world of 30 in 2022 along with the singer.
The female idol who rose as a T-ara member will now close the group's journey in their 20s. With the return of the group as a quartet, fans are excited if what kind of music will the "Tiki Taka" singers will show in their 30s.
3. SHINee Taemin
Also unofficially referred to as Nation's "Maknae," Taemin who is known for his cuteness during his debut at the age of 16, will now showcase his other charms in his 30s.
Currently, Taemin is serving in the military, but the idol who became a senior in the music industry is already receiving much anticipation for his return after his discharge in November 2022.

Currently, P.O. is focused on his acting career under Artist Company, his new nest after not renewing his contract with Seven Seasons.
5.Brave Girls Yuna
After re-organizing as a four-member group, Yuna became the official maknae of Brave Girls. The "Rollin" singer who was born on April 6, 1993, was loved for her charismatic and "boyish" look.
As she turns 30, expectations increase if what kind of "Yuna" will dominate the music scene in 2022 as Brave Girls' popularity continue to rise.
6.SISTAR Dasom
Dasom, who rose to fame as SISTAR is set to flaunt her other side as a 30-year-old K-pop idol as well.
The "Give it to Me" singer is currently signed with Story J Company and is continuously promoting as a singer and actress.
7.INFINITE Sungjong
Last but not least, Sungjong who is the "Diva" member of the group will close his story in his 20s and start anew as a 30-year-old idol.
Sungjong was discharged from the military in May and renewed his contract in June this year with Woollim Entertainment.
