Grammy Nominee BTS Cancels Flight to Los Angeles

On January 6, Big Hit Music declared on its official SNS channels that the flight plans for BTS to Los Angeles, USA, had been canceled.

Formerly, the Grammy Awards were set to take place on January 31 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, USA.

BTS is one of the nominees at the 64th Grammy Awards for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category. The group's supposed appearance at the Grammy Awards was set to resume BTS' official activities after their long vacation.

Big Hit Music also announced that there are no changes in the schedule of the upcoming concert in Seoul. BTS' "Permission To Dance on Stage - Seoul" concert is set to take place in March, and it is the only confirmed schedule of the group's activities so far.

On the other hand, BTS plans to release a new album and kickstart a new chapter in their career sometime in 2022. They are expected to come back with fresh ideas and new concepts as they return from their long vacation.

Three of its members, RM, Jin, and Suga, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and immediately went into quarantine last December. The boys also promised the ARMYs that they will enjoy their vacation and then return freshly recharged, healthy, and full of energy.
