Jin is the Most-Streamed BTS Member on MelOn in 2021 - Here's How Many Streams He Accumulated
On Jan. 1, the total number of streams that BTS Jin collected on MelOn in the past year with his solo songs was revealed and it turns out that he was the most-streamed band member.
Based on the streams posted on MelOn, BTS member Jin garnered more than 13.2 million streams on MelOn throughout 2021. He attained this feat with only three solo tracks ("Epiphany," "Moon," and "Awake").

During the fourth quarter of 2021 (October to December), Jin gained the most streams among BTS members, getting 3.5 million streams. He is the only member to surpass three million plays during the said period.
On the overall list - including the streams in the past years - Jin is the BTS member with the second-most streams on South Korea's largest music platform, having 230.6 million to date. Sitting at No. 1 is Jungkook with 251.2 total streams.
In addition to this, Jin's "Moon" was the most-streamed BTS solo song on MelOn in 2021, accumulating over 7.5 million streams. Further, it is the longest-running BTS solo release on the chart, having spent 233 days.

Among the BTS solo tracks ever released, BTS Jin's "Moon" has the second-most streams at 108.3 million, bested only by Jimin's "Filter" with 113.8 million.
Other than that, Jin is the first BTS member to have two solo songs with over two million unique listeners on the streaming platform ("Moon" and "Epiphany"). He also has two tracks in the Top 3 most-liked BTS solo songs.
As of writing, BTS Jin's "Moon" has 115.1 million streams on MelOn, while "Epiphany" has 83.3 million and "Awake" has eight million streams.

BTS Jin's Self-Designed Merchandise Gets Sold Out in Less than a Minute
In other news, BTS Jin was the first band member to release his self-made line of merchandise, which includes two kinds of pajamas called "Good Day" and "Bad Day" as well as two orthopedic pillows. These items were made available in a wide array of unisex sizes, good soft material, as per the idol's request.
The pillow's retail price is 69,000 won (roughly $43), while the pajama sets are rated at 119,000 won (approximately $74) each.
The pre-orders for Jin's merchandise opened on Jan. 5 at 11 a.m. KST. In Japan, the "Good Day" pajamas became out of stock in just less than 60 seconds.
Moreover, the whole set of two kinds of pajamas and pillows got sold out in just 1.5 minutes.

In the United States, BTS Jin's "Good Day" pajamas were sold out in five minutes and the entire set in 25 minutes. And, on the Global Weverse Shop, the same item became out of stock in six minutes and the whole set was all purchased in 20 minutes.
Following the release of his self-designed merch collection, BTS member Jin posted on the community platform Weverse to express his shock over the items' prices. He said that he did ask them to use a nice material for the pajamas but even he was surprised at the price.
