Kep1er Choi Yujin Sheds Tears During Fansign
On January 3, Kep1er made their debut with "WA DA DA" and immediately set the K-pop scene on fire. The girl group immediately garnered love and support from the public and K-pop fans, and they have already broken a series of records with their debut mini-album "FIRST IMPACT."

Among the members of Kep1er that have received the most support is Choi Yujin, who formerly gained a fanbase as a member of CLC. The K-pop idol has not shied away from talking about the hardships she has had to go through with her past group, and many are happy to see her succeed in a new girl group.
The girl of Kep1er was able to amass large individual fanbases after competing on Mnet's "Girls Planet 999." Following their debut, the members were able to return the love and support they received from fans via video calls in an online fansign.

Each member of Kep1er was able to have memorable interactions with fans. However, it was none other than a moment with Choi Yujin that went viral.
Twitter user @stayujins revealed she was able to get a slot with Choi Yujin in Kep1er's fansign. The fan shared a video of their interaction, and the hearts of viewers melted as Choi Yujin shed tears while talking with her fan.

The user revealed that she read a long letter to Choi Yujin, thanking her for not giving up on her dream. The letter also stated that her fans would always be there for her. @stayujins noted that Choi Yujin was close to crying and apologized for causing her to shed tears.
Though the letter cannot be heard in the video, Choi Yujin's reaction can. When the fan finished reading, Choi Yujin shed tears and appeared to hold herself back from fully crying. She seemed taken back as she told the fan, "Wow, really. I think I am going to cry. Really, thank you so much."

On January 3, 2022, Kep1er debuted with their first extended play, "FIRST IMPACT," and its lead single, "WA DA DA."
Kep1er was initially scheduled to debut on December 14, 2021, with pre-orders opening on November 29. However, their debut was delayed to January 2022 after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
