IVE's 'ELEVEN' Retakes No. 1 on Top Songs Chart on YouTube Korea + See Top 10

IVE's "ELEVEN" has reclaimed the No. 1 spot on YouTube Korea's Top 100 Songs after being in a tight competition against another girl group song.

IVE's "ELEVEN" is the No. 1 Most Popular Song on YouTube Korea for the 2nd Week of January 2022

On Jan. 21, Starship Entertainment announced that IVE's debut song "ELEVEN" has once again taken first place on YouTube Korea's Top Songs chart. This chart ranks music videos based on the accumulated views in a certain week.

Based on the data collected from Jan. 7 to 13, the "ELEVEN" MV gained 3.54 million views, which makes it the No. 1 song on YouTube Korea in the past week.

Following its release, IVE's "ELEVEN" MV set a record of ranking first on YouTube Korea's Top Songs Chart for four consecutive weeks. It then dropped to No. 2 for the week of Dec. 31, 2021 to Jan. 6, 2022 after gaining only 3.64 million views, which is 240,000 views less than the song at No. 1.

Despite climbing down on the chart, "ELEVEN" showed its endless popularity by retaking first place in the past week.

With the additional 3.54 million views gathered from Jan. 7 to 13, IVE's "ELEVEN" MV is now close to reaching 70 million total views on YouTube.

In the first 24 hours of its release, the "ELEVEN" MV gained more than 9.8 million views and 538,000 likes. It is the biggest 24-hour view count of a K-pop group that debuted in 2021.

Additionally, "ELEVEN" trended at No. 1 worldwide on YouTube as well as in a total of 26 countries shortly after it was uploaded.

Aside from IVE's "ELEVEN", two more songs by girl groups made the top 5 of the latest Top Songs chart on YouTube Korea.

Taking No. 2 is GOT the beat's "Step Back (Live)," which was previously in first place on the chart. The performance video accumulated 3.53 million views from Jan. 7 to 13. It has now spent two consecutive weeks on the tally.

The "Step Back" stage video was recorded for SMTOWN LIVE 2022: SMCU EXPRESS @ KWANGYA, a New Year concert of SM Entertainment. It serves as the debut stage of the company's new project girl group called GOT the beat.

Meanwhile, aespa's "Dreams Come True" MV maintained its position at No. 4 on YouTube Korea's latest weekly Top Songs chart, marking its fourth week on the list. The video garnered over 2.25 million views in the past week.

"Dreams Come True" is aespa's remake of S.E.S's 1998 song of the same name. It was released as part of SM Entertainment's "SM Remastering Project.
