During an appearance on SBS Power FM's radio show "Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time," Jisoo revealed that the girls share their meals and eat small portions. Though the girls love food and eating, they do not each much and usually share one Korean fried chicken portion among themselves. That's one portion for four girls!

Jisoo eats four meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid-evening snack. For breakfast, Jisoo eats food that is low in nutrients but high in dietary fibers. Foods that fit this bill include apples, which the idol has confessed to eating two or three in the morning.

For lunch, Jisoo enjoys another small portion. During a video with Lisa, the idol stated that she is fond of papaya salad. She likes lettuce, papaya, tomatoes in this meal. However, if she wants her food to be spicy, she adds seasoned chicken with vinegar, sweet chili sauce and black pepper. Hearty and healthy!

For dinner, Jisoo eats a bigger portion of food. Her taste buds suit Korean food, and one of her favorite meals is egg-fried rice. Jisoo adds one egg to a bowl of rice and fries them on a low flame. She then adds vinegar and chili sauce for flavor and vegetables and chicken for a more hearty meal.

For her snack, Jisoo likes fruits. The songstress is especially fond of fresh berries and apples.

During BLACKPINK's appearance on "Knowing Bros," Jisoo confessed that she does not restrict herself for photoshoots. Instead, she actually eats instant ramen noodles before her shoots. This is because her face is naturally skinny. To make herself look supple and firm, she eats ramen noodles. Jisoo stated that she feels jealous of her members with slightly chubby cheeks, so she eats ramen for that effect.

While Jisoo has not gone into detail about her workout routine, she has touched on the topic on social media and on variety show appearances. In "Knowing Bros," Jisoo stated that BLACKPINK's dance practices are the reason her body stays fit. Besides dancing, she does not think other workouts are needed.

On BLACKPINK's Instagram, Jisoo has shared photos of her doing flying yoga. However, she has not shared any updates on her flying yoga, so it is unsure if the idol is still doing this as an exercise. Fellow group member Jennie is known to be fond of this form of workout and pilates.
