The 11th Gaon Chart Music Awards acknowledged the best of Korean artists who made a release between the period of December 1, 2020 until November 30, 2021.The event was hosted by NCT 127 Doyoung, STAYC Sieun, and Jaejae.

The venue was fully sanitized and strict social distancing rules were observed by the artists who attended.

The 11th Gaon Chart Music Awards was held on the January 27 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. It began with a red-carpet entrance at 3 PM (KST) and the awards ceremony started at 5 PM (KST).
