IVE Jang Wonyoung Workout 2022
Since early 2020, IVE member Jang Wonyoung has shown her love for pilates! The idol loves pilates as she sees it as a time where she can entirely focus on herself. Jang Wonyoung showed that, until now, she is still fond of exercise. During episode four of "1,2,3 IVE," the idol was shown doing her pilates routine.

At the time, her trainer complimented her for her muscle strength. Internet users also praised her flexibility. While she was known for being inflexible during her time in "Produce 48," the idol is now able to do a split and turn her legs 360 degrees, which she showcased on "Radio Star." She was able to achieve this with constant exercise!
Jang Wonyoung is also fond of flying yoga. This form of exercise utilizes a hammock to promote strength and flexibility. This also helps spinal alignment, pelvic correction, blood circulation and helps improve your balance. Flying yoga also helps stimulate the internal organs and promotes good bowel movement.

IVE Jang Wonyoung Diet 2022
Though Jang Wonyoung is known for her figure and long legs, the idol is a total foodie! She has stated in the past that she thinks eating delicious food is part of her routine, but she does not get to choose what she eats. However, her agency does not put her on a restrictive diet.
On V Live, Jang Wonyoung was seen eating several high-calorie foods such as pasta and cream risotto. However, the frequency Jang Wonyoung eats is not often. During that same V Live, she confessed that it was her first meal of the day, proving she does not eat three meals. It is most likely she intermittent fasting.

Jang Wonyoung does follow one dietary rule, however. During an interview, Jang Wonyoung stated that she continuously checks how much protein she eats in a day. Insufficient protein makes it difficult for the muscles to recover appropriately and also makes you feel weak throughout the day. Protein also aids in immunity and not having enough may cause hair loss.
