On Jan. 31, the most-viewed K-pop MVs in January 2022 were released. Music videos by both soloists and idol groups made the list including world-renowned artists like BTS, TWICE, and BamBam, as well as rookies like Kep1er, IVE and ENHYPEN.

According to the K-pop Radar chart, the music video for Kep1er's debut song "WA DA DA" reigned at No. 1 on the list, which means it was the most-viewed K-pop MV in January.

Kep1er's "WA DA DA" MV was released on Jan. 3 along with the group's first album "FIRST IMPACT." Despite coming from a new girl group, the music video gained thousands or millions of views each day since it came out, demonstrating the massive attention it was receiving.

In fact, in the first 24 hours, the "WA DA DA" recorded the eighth-highest number of views for a debut MV by a K-pop group in history, accumulating over 7.1 million views.

For the entire month of January, Kep1er's "WA DA DA" MV garnered a total of 51,259,831 views. It is the only K-pop MV with more than 50 million views on the list.

BamBam's "Slow Mo" is the Second Most Viewed K-pop MV in January 2022

GOT7 BamBam comes second with his comeback song "Slow Mo." This means the Thai rapper was the most-viewed K-pop solo artist, while Kep1er was the most-viewed K-pop group.

Based on K-pop Radar's tracking, BamBam's "Slow Mo" MV gained 43,805,530 total views, which make it the second most-viewed K-pop MV in January. It is only the other song alongside Kep1er's "WA DA DA" to exceed 40 million views.

Another notable thing about "Slow Mo" is that it was released in the third week of January, specifically on Jan. 18 (Friday), yet it attained the second-highest number of views on YouTube among the new and old K-pop MVs. This only shows BamBam's incredible fame as a solo artist.

BTS' "Dynamite" is the Third Most Viewed K-pop MV in January 2022

Taking the third spot on the list is a music video released in 2020 - it is none other than BTS' "Dynamite." Although it is already more than a year since the song dropped, it consistently proves its popularity.

According to K-pop Radar, BTS' "Dynamite" MV garnered 32,010,838 views. With the additional views, the music video has now reached 1.37 billion total views.

In the past week (Jan. 23 to 29), "Dynamite" rose on the weekly rankings of most-viewed K-pop MVs. It climbed up to No. 3 after accumulating 7.05 million views.
