BTS Jin's 'Yours' Scores New Billboard Milestone for Steadily Ranking on Hot Trending Songs Chart
On Feb. 1, the rankings of Billboard's Hot Trending Songs chart for the week ending on Feb. 5 were announced. The list consists of both solo tracks and group songs by artists from different countries around the world.
Among the solo songs that entered were sung by BTS Jin: "Yours" and "Super Tuna," which are both old entries on the Hot Trending Songs chart. "Yours" ranked No. 10 in its 12th week on the tally, while "Super Tuna" placed No. 8 in its eighth week.

It is worth noting that BTS member Jin is the only Korean artist to have two entries inside the Top 10 on the latest Billboard social chart - and one of the two artists overall along with DIMASH.
While this already shows Jin's popularity on social media, particularly on Twitter, his songs' rankings this week and the number of entries are not linked to his new Billboard feat. His latest achievement actually has something to do with the number of weeks the song has been present on the chart.

In particular, no other Korean solo song by a male artist has stayed for 12 weeks on Billboard's Hot Trending Songs chart, which makes BTS Jin's "Yours" the first one to do so. It naturally means that "Yours" has set the record for the longest-running track by a Korean male soloist on the list.
Taking into account the other songs by K-pop solo artists on the Billboard social chart, the "Jirisan" OST by Jin is one of the only three Korean solo tracks, so far, to spend at least 12 weeks on the tally, together with BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" (15 weeks) and "MONEY" (13 weeks).
Congratulations to BTS Jin on his latest feat on Billboard's Hot Trending Songs chart with "Yours"!
