Kim Mi Hyun, commonly know by her stage name Mimi, attained popularity after making her debut as the main rapper and main dancer of WM Entertainment's girl group, Oh My Girl, back in April 2015.
As a K-Pop idol, Mimi has to maintain her weight in accordance with her label's standards, but their restrictions become less as years go by in the industry.

Oh My Girl's Mimi currently stands at around 163cm (5'4") and is one of the taller members in the group. And with Mimi's weight ranging between 46kg to 48kg, her beautiful proportions help her stand out even more with her slim figure.
As Mimi is naturally slim thanks to her incredible genes, the idol isn't one to go on diets often, and would usually just do so if needed. However, she currently has free reign of how she maintains her slim physique!

Another main form of workout for Mimi is doing pilates regularly, which is popular among female celebrities.
Pilates not only targets your entire body, but it also helps burn calories and fat, tone her body, and also build her flexibility and strength.
Mimi also likes to squeeze in boxing whenever she can, and would post about it on her Instagram. And whenever she is home, her exercising doesn't stop, as she also does some home workouts, such as planks.
The Oh My Girl member also revealed that she like to do gymnastics here and there, which helps maintain her flexibility.

As for Mimi's diet plan, she isn't strict like other K-Pop idols. In fact, Mimi enjoys eating high-calorie food, such as ice cream, tteokbokki, chicken, bread, and more.
She even revealed that she can eat up to 15 servings of ice cream per day!
While Mimi doesn't have any restrictions when it comes to what she consumes, she does maintain one rule: No eating after 6pm!
Aside from that, she continuously keeps herself active.
