VIVIZ Debuts Music Charts with 'Beam of Prism'
VIVIZ released their first mini-album "Beam of Prism" last February 9 and started their full-fledged debut activities.
At the same time as the album release, VIVIZ topped the real-time chart of the Bugs with the title song "BOP BOP!." Meanwhile, the b-side songs "Mirror" and "Fiesta" landed 2nd and 3rd respectively. Then, "Tweet Tweet," "Love You Like," "Lemonade," and "Intro. (Intro)" also succeeded in entering the charts, illuminating the girl group's presence in the K-pop industry.
In addition, the title song "BOP BOP!" entered the real-time charts of Melon and Genie, signaling a smooth start.
Last February 9, VIVIZ appeared on "#OUTNOW" and held a debut showcase. Not only did they first unveil the stage for the title song "BOP BOP!" and the b-side song "Love You Like," but they also performed an emotional countdown with fans they hadn't seen in a long time.
In order to celebrate their debut with the fans, VIVIZ will appear on Mnet's "M Countdown" on February 10 and perform their first music broadcast stage with the title song "BOP BOP!"
"Beam of Prism" is an album that was first shown to fans after Eunha, SinB, and Umji from GFriend were re-debuted as VIVIZ, the group contains the members' unique vivid colors and musical identity.

VIVIZ Members Diagnosed with COVID-19 Ahead of their Debut
Many fans were excited and curious about what their re-debut would look like, but a piece of major bad news broke out ahead of their debut. All of the members have been confirmed with COVID-19.
On January 28, Umji was first diagnosed with COVID-19, she immediately went into self-quarantine. Meanwhile, on January 30 and 31, Eunha and SinB also tested positive for COVID-19, consecutively.

As all the members tested positive for COVID-19, there was also a prediction that VIVIZ's debut would be delayed. However, the agency carried out the debut promotions as it is and did not reveal any official position on the debut schedule.
According to a music industry official, the agency is focusing on carrying out the trio's debut activities as scheduled after the members recover, rather than delaying the debut schedule. After the quarantine, the members who communicated with fans through V Live reassured the fans by saying that there were no problems with their current health. If no symptoms persist after that, the members can return 9 days before.
