Lee Hyeri, known mononymously as Hyeri, gained worldwide popularity after making her debut as the main dancer, lead rapper, and youngest member of second generation girl group, Girl's Day, back in 2010 under Dream Tea Entertainment.
As a K-Pop idol and now an actress, Hyeri had to maintain a certain weight in accordance with her label's standards, especially as Girl's Day's concept was more on the sexier side.

Girl's Day Hyeri Workout Routine
Girl's Day's Hyeri currently stands at around 167cm (5'5"), making her one of the tallest members in the group. With her height, along with her weight ranging between 51kg to 55kg, her beautiful and healthy proportions have caught the eyes of many fans.
As Hyeri is naturally slim even before she made her debut, she wasn't required to go on a diet all the time, and would usually just do so if needed. However, due to Hyeri's active lifestyle, she seldom sees the need to!
When it comes to Hyeri's workout routine, Hyeri likes to do workouts for an hour or two every day, or as much as possible when she has a busier schedule.
As a former idol, one of her main forms of workouts in the past was dancing, which helped build her stamina and improve her overall strength.

In addition, Hyeri also does strength training in the gym with her personal trainer, using weights to do several exercises such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, crunches and more.
Girl's Day Hyeri Diet Plan
When it comes to her diet plan, she doesn't restrict herself like many idols do when they go on diets. In fact, Hyeri likes to eat whatever she wants, but leans more towards food that are good for her health.
Hyeri's meals would usually include plenty of vegetables, fruits, and protein, such as chicken, fish, and beef. And as much as possible, she would stray away from the unhealthy ones, especially fried and oily food as it causes her stomach issues.
In addition, Hyeri eats healthy snacks, like yogurt, fruit salads, and smoothies.

She also likes to drink plenty of water throughout her day to keep herself hydrated and help make her more active. However, Hyeri avoids drinking a lot of water when it is time for her to sleep to avoid waking up in the middle of the night.
