1THE9, a project boy group formed through the survival show "Under Nineteen," disbanded in 2020 after being active for one and a half years. It has been almost two years since the members parted ways, so with that, let's learn what the boys have been up to since then.
About Project Boy Group 1THE9 Formed Through "Under Nineteen"
As mentioned above, 1THE9 is a boy group whose members were selected through the survival show "Under Nineteen" that was broadcast from November 2017 to February 2018 on MBC. Out of the 57 contestants, only nine boys were chosen to debut as a new boy group.
These nine lucky participants are Yongha, Taewoo, Seunghwan, Yechan, Junseo, Doyum, Jinsung, Taekhyeon and Sungwon.

Two months after "Under Nineteen" ended, 1THE9 made their debut on April 13 with their first mini-album "XIX," which features the title song "Spotlight." They then released three more albums before disbanding in 2020, such as "Blah Blah," "Turn Over" and "Good Bye 1THE9."
As usual, groups that were formed through a survival show are only under a temporary 18-month contract. Therefore, 1THE9 disbanded as expected on Aug. 8, 2020, and the members returned to their respective agencies and pursue their individual careers.
Since parting ways, what have the nine 1THE9 members been up to? Read on to know more.
