Jungkook's "Stay Alive" has made history yet again on Spotify after surpassing a record that another BTS member's OST previously set.

Jungkook's 'Stay Alive' Surpasses THIS Other BTS Member's OST as Fastest Korean Solo Song to Hit THIS on Spotify
On Feb. 28, the number of streams for "Stay Alive," Jungkook's OST for BTS' webtoon "7Fates: CHAKHO," has crossed 40 million streams on Spotify.
The song just hit 30 million streams on Feb. 22, meaning it only took six days for it to garner additional 10 million streams on the global music streaming platform.

Other than that, BTS Jungkook's "Stay Alive" reached 40 million streams on Spotify just 16 days after its release on Feb. 11. In doing so, the Korean OST has recorded the shortest time in history to hit the mark.
"Stay Alive" not only becomes the fastest song by a Korean male soloist to gain 40 million Spotify streams, but it is also now the fastest track by a Korean solo artist overall to attain the feat.
Jungkook's "7Fates: CHAKHO" OST has smashed the previous record of 40 days set by his fellow BTS member V with "Christmas Tree."
Furthermore, Jungkook's "Stay Alive" has now secured the record for the fastest OST by a Korean artist to accumulate a total of 40 million streams on Spotify, surpassing BTS' "Film Out" which took 23 days to reach the milestone.

So far, the BTS' webtoon soundtrack holds multiple records on Spotify, including the fastest song by an Asian soloist to have 10 million streams, the fastest song by a Korean soloist to hit 20 million streams, and fastest OST and Korean solo song (alongside BLACKPINK Rosé's "On The Ground") to garner 30 million streams on Spotify.
Given that BTS Jungkook's "Stay Alive" has broken numerous records on Spotify just within half a month of its release, the Korean OST is expected to smash more records down the road.

BTS Jungkook's 'Stay Alive' Becomes First Korean OST to Achieve THIS on Billboard Japan Hot 100
Apart from Spotify, "Stay Alive" by Jungkook is also making history on Billboard Japan Hot 100.
Less than three days after its release, the Korean OST debuted on all major music charts in Japan, such as Billboard Japan charts, Oricon, LINE Music, and RecoChoku Music Chart.

In particular, "Stay Alive" debuted at No. 1 on Oricon's daily digital single chart and at No. 3 on Oricon's weekly digital single chart (which is the highest debut of a BTS member's solo song on the list).
Within less than three days of tracking, the "7Fates: CHAKHO" OST landed at No. 44 on Billboard Japan Hot 100. Jungkook even debuted at No. 54 on the Artist 100 chart at the same time.
BTS Jungkook's "Stay Alive marked its second week on the Hot 100 chart at No. 95. With this, it becomes the first and only Korean OST (so far) to spend two weeks on the tally.
