Most Viewed K-Pop Music Videos February 2022: TREASURE, NMIXX, More [Ranked]

On March 1, K-Pop Radar's monthly charts for the most viewed K-Pop music videos on Youtube have been updated to reflect the data that were accumulated for the month of February.

From TREASURE's "JIKJIN" to NMIXX's "O.O," these K-Pop music videos garnered the most views on Youtube in February 2022!

TREASURE's 'JIKJIN' is the Most Viewed K-Pop Music Video in February 2022

Snagging the top spot on the list as the most viewed K-Pop music video for the month of February, is YG Entertainment's 12-piece boy band, TREASURE, and their latest release "JIKJIN."

According to K-Pop Radar, "JIKJIN," which was released back on February 15, had garnered a total of 48,609,403 views for its music video on Youtube for the month of February alone.

"JIKJIN," which is the lead single of TREASURE's first mini-album "The Second Step: Chapter One," had members Yoshi, Haruto, and Choi Hyun Suk participate in its writing and composing. Lyrically, the song is about TREASURE's growth that cannot be stopped.

In addition, according to the group's label YG Entertainment, the Big 4 label had reportedly invested a whopping 500 million KRW (around $417,000 USD) for the "JIKJIN" music video alone, so it's not surprising that it is getting a lot of love from fans for the effort it took to produce the music video.

Following the release of "JIKJIN," TREASURE was able to hit a new personal record with their music video. Back on February 21, "JIKJIN" reached 30 million views on Youtube, making it the group's fastest music video to do so with a record of five days and 18 hours.

As of this writing, "JIKJIN" currently has more than 50.4 million views.

NMIXX's 'O.O' is the Second Most Viewed K-Pop Music Video in February 2022

Coming in as the second most viewed K-Pop music video for the month of February is newly debuted girl group, NMIXX, and their debut track "O.O."

"O.O," which was released back on February 22 as the lead single for NMIXX's debut single album "AD MARE," had garnered a total of 40,686,310 views on Youtube in February.

NMIXX's "O.O" is described to be a song that is a mixture of teenage pop rock and baile funk, which expresses the group's confidence in surprising the world with their own "MIXX POP" genre.

The song was written by Dr.JO, with composition by several composers of The Hub and EJAE.

Following the release of the song, "O.O" set a new record by becoming the third fastest debut music video by a K-Pop group to surpass 40 million views on Youtube, attaining this historic record just six days after its release and joining the top ranks with aespa's "Black Mamba" and ITZY's "Dalla Dalla."

Not only that, but "O.O" entered Youtube's top trending music videos at No. 1 in more than 40 countries worldwide.

As of this writing, "O.O" currently has 41.8 million views.
