After their debut was postponed due to all the members testing positive for COVID-19, TEMPEST officially made their debut on March 2 with their first mini-album, "It's Me, It's We," and the title track "Bad News"!

"Bad News" is a song produced by G-High, Inner Child (MoonTreee) and Jozu. Lew and Hwarang co-wrote the song. The song talks about TEMPEST's desires to conquer the K-pop market. They dub themselves as "bad news," as they are artists who stick to their own identity and ideals and can shake the media with their own rules.

Though the song is called "Bad News," TEMPEST shows radiant energy and a compelling dance performance.

The song drew comparisons to releases from the second and third generations of K-pop. Many claimed the song was reminiscent of Teen Top due to the bright colors. Additionally, "Bad News" was praised for being catchy, easy to listen to and nostalgic of past K-pop eras.

The group's first album, "It's Me, It's We," shows the group's enthusiasm and originality. Since its release, the album has sold over 26,690 copies!

One of the reasons TEMPEST's debut was so highly anticipated is because of the line-up. Hyeongseop and Euiwoong competed on "Produce 101 Season 2," representing Yuehua Entertainment. After failing to debut in Wanna One, they debuted as the duo HyeongseopxEuiwoong.

However, the member who people anticipated the most was Hanbin. Hanbin previously competed in "Into the I-LAND." While he made the semi-final episode, he ultimately did not make the line-up for ENHYPEN. He remained with BELIFT Lab for nearly a year before leaving and signing with Yuehua Entertainment.

During his time on the show, Hanbin was loved for his dance skills and adorable energy. Still, many wondered if he was suitable to debut following news that he would join TEMPEST.

When the music video for "Bad News" dropped, Hanbin proved he was ready to debut! The idol appeared with many lines and shined in the music video. People claim that not only has his dancing skills improved, but his vocals have also greatly improved.
