STAYC members recently shared the career paths they could have taken if they weren't meant to debut as K-pop idols.

STAYC Members Share Their Supposed Careers If They Aren't Idols Now
On March 2, STAYC appeared as guests on MBC M's "Weekly Idol" and revealed what careers they could have had now if they didn't debut as K-pop idols.
STAYC's leader Sumin said that she hadn't thought about her future career aside from working hard at becoming a great singer and dancer. But if she were to have a different job, she said she would probably be a normal office worker and a part-time YouTuber.

Sieun, the group's main vocalist, shared that she started learning to play the piano and dance ballet when she was just five years old. So, she might have become a pianist or a ballerina if she wasn't given a chance to become a K-pop idol.
Seeun, a hardcore fan of K-dramas, chose screenwriter as a substitute career. While she can't really write the script, she enjoys creating the next plot of the K-dramas she watches.
Isa, who is dubbed as STAYC's fashionista, revealed that if she didn't become a K-pop idol, she would definitely be working in the fashion industry. However, she added that she worked hard to meet her idol, HyunA so that she can be in the same industry as her.

Meanwhile, Yoon unveiled that one of her hobbies is building things. So, she could have pursued a career linked to woodworking if the idol path had not worked out for her.
Finally, STAYC's maknae J is known to be an animal lover. She said that she would love to become a zookeeper if she isn't a singer now. She then shared that when she was still young, she wanted to keep a snake as a pet because she has a soft spot for lizards and snakes.

STAYC's Latest Comeback with "YOUNG-LUV.COM"
In other news, STAYC recently returned to the K-pop scene with their second mini-album "YOUNG-LUV.COM" on Feb. 21. This is their first release in five months since their first EP "STEREOTYPE" arrived in September of last year.
"YOUNG-LUV.COM" consists of six new songs including the title track "RUN2U." This EP sold more than 150,000 copies within the first week of release, becoming the group's first work to do so.
On the same day of its release, the mini-album debuted at No. 2 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and No. 16 on the European iTunes Album Chart.

Meanwhile, "RUN2U" debuted at No. 85 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart. It also landed on various Korean music charts after its release: it ranked No. 13 on Bugs, No. 33 on Genie, and No. 55 on MelOn.
Over on YouTube, the music video for STAYC's "RUN2U" gained five million views in just 15 hours and 45 minutes, becoming their fastest MV to hit the mark. It went on to reach 9.5 million views in the first 24 hours after it was dropped.
