aespa Winter Claims First Spot of 'Top 10 Most-Viewed Female Idol Fancams [March 2022]
On March 11, Korean news outlet Idol Issue released the rankings for most-viewed female idol fancams in March 2022. Among the top 10, aespa Winter dominated first place, proving her status as a fourth-gen top idol.
In the rankings, Winter is currently the holder of No. 1 most-viewed fancam with her GOT the beat's "Step Back" from MCountdown. The video was uploaded on Jan. 29, and within 25 days, the video accumulated 10 million views, beating previous records of EXID Hani (151 days) to reach the same milestone.

In particular, aside from her visuals and dancing skills, the fancam attracted massive attention for her "duality," where she appeared with a cute emoji-like facial expression at the start of the video.
However, as soon as the performance started, Winter's face suddenly turned serious, then flaunting her charisma and fiery aura on stage. Among members' individual fancam, Winter's video is the only one with a cute thumbnail for YouTube, one of the reasons the video also went viral.
IZ*ONE Wonyoung, ITZY Ryujin, and More Enter Most-Viewed Fancams as of March 2022
Trailing behind Winter, IVE Wonyoung proved her fame as "Nation's Grand Daughter" with 6.6 million views on her IZ*ONE's "So Curious" M2 fancam, uploaded in Feb. 2020. This is undoubtedly a huge achievement, given that the song is only a b-sidetrack.
Even after two years, fans of the now IVE member are still in awe of her cute and bubbly appearance, praising her high-quality performance as well.
In third place is ITZY Ryujin's legendary fancam for "Wannabe" with current 4.8 million views. In particular, the female idol created a popular dance challenge not only in Korea but as well as around the world, highlighting her iconic "shoulder dance."
Among the top 10, the most recent upload is Billlie Tsuki's "GingaMingaYo" fancam, which went viral for her interesting facial expression and stage presence. Within 13 days since its upload, the video gained 3.3 million views, as of writing.
