March 2022 K-pop Comebacks (3rd Week): Red Velvet, CRAVITY, More to Watch Out For!

From Red Velvet to T1419, more K-pop artists are making their March comeback this 2022 with new albums. Below are four acts that will return to the music scene this coming third week of the month.

March 2022 K-pop Comebacks: Red Velvet, Highlight to Drop New Albums on the 21st

On March 21, Red Velvet's "The ReVe Festival 2022 - Feel My Rhythm" will officially hit the shelves. This mini-album will mark the quintet's first music release in seven months since their sixth EP "Queendom" came out in August of last year.

One of the songs in the album is the title track "Feel My Rhythm. "

According to SM Entertainment, it is a "pop dance song that samples Bach's 'Ari On The G String'" and has "a delicate and elegant string melody, intense trap beat, and fantastic vocal charm."

In addition to "Feel My Rhythm," Red Velvet's new mini-album "The ReVe Festival 2022 - Feel My Rhythm" will also contain five B-side songs including "Rainbow Halo," "Bamboleo," and "In My Dreams" among others.

Another March comeback scheduled on the 21st is that of Highlight. The four-piece boy group will drop their first full-length album since their debut. It is titled "Daydream." This will be their first album in almost 10 months since the release of their third mini-album "The Blowing" in May 2021.

Highlight's "Daydream" will comprise a total of 10 songs, including the title track of the same name and nine B-sides like "Play," "Seven Wonders," "Classic," and "Lovely Day."

For this comeback, the group collaborated with producer KZ, who has previously worked with them for the songs "Wave" (from "The Blowing") and "Brain" (from Yang Yoseob's solo album "Chocolate Box").

In addition, the full-length album will contain self-composed songs by Highlight members Lee Gikwang and Son Dongwoon.

March 2022 K-pop Comebacks: CRAVITY, T1419 to Return With New Music on the 22nd

CRAVITY is another K-pop artist who will drop their first full-length album. In particular, the group will release the second part of their studio album, titled "LIBERTY: IN OUR COSMOS," on the 22nd.

The first part of their album, "The Awakening: Written in the Stars," came out in August of last year. At that time, the album sold over 100,000 copies just within the first week of release.

CRAVITY's "LIBERTY: IN OUR COSMOS" will tell the story of boys who have finally become one after passing the immature and rough tunnels of the past.

The title track "Adrenaline," where band members Serim and Allen participated in songwriting, contains lyrics that express the light deviation of the band to pursue freedom.

Joining CRAVITY in making a comeback on March 22 is MOMOLAND's junior group T1419. The South Korean-Japanese boy group will release a new digital single called "Edelweiss."

"Edelweiss" is a fan song for T1419's fandom, which is also called Edelweiss. It will contain the sincerity of the members who wish to continue creating pure and precious memories with their fans.

Previously, the nine-member boy group made their Japanese debut and successfully entered the Billboard Japan chart at No. 25 with their debut album "Our Teen: Blue Side."

The other K-pop artists scheduled to release new music this coming third week of March are VERIVERY, Suran, and D-CRUNCH.
