On March 21, JYP Entertainment released an official statement through Stray Kids' official fan community to announce that another member of the boy group contracted the virus.
The record label said that Stray Kids Seungmin tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, March 20.

The agency continued that Seungmin has received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and is currently not showing any symptoms. "He is quarantining per the guidelines of the disease prevention authorities," they said.
JYP Entertainment further stated that all Stray Kids members have been staying in separated living spaces since the afternoon of March 18. "All members continue to focus on personal hygiene and monitor their health," the company added.
With Seungmin becoming the third member of Stray Kids to test positive for COVID-19, following Changbin and Han, the group's comeback promotions for "ODDINARY" were ultimately affected. While the whole promotion will continue, some schedules will be called off.
In particular, Stray Kids' radio show appearances on March 21 and 22 on the SBS POWER FM "Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time" and MBC FM4U's "Kim Shin Young's Noon Song of Hope" have both been canceled.

Before Seungmin, Changbin was diagnosed with COVID-19 on March 18, while Han tested positive on March 19.
The three members' positive diagnosis for the virus came at a bad time as Stray Kids just recently made their comeback on the 18th with their new mini-album "ODDINARY."
