For the week ending on March 26, "Butter" maintained its position at No. 1 after accumulating a whopping 4.7 million Twitter mentions (up 52%) in the March 11-17 tracking period. Billboard said that the gains can be attributed to the conversation about the septet's 10 wins at the 2022 Japan Gold Disc Awards on March 14, where "Butter" won five awards.

Since BTS "Butter" remained at No. 1, the song has now marked its 14th week atop the chart, extending its record for the most weeks in the first place.

Besides "Butter," the group's first English hit "Dynamite" also secured a spot on this week's Hot Trending Songs Chart, landing at No. 17.
