BTS is the No. 2 Most Popular Star in March 2022
Taking second place as the most popular star in South Korea for the month of March is Grammy nominee, BTS!
According to the Korean Business Research Institute, the seven-member boy group had garnered a total brand reputation index of 8,359,144 for this month. Additionally, they garnered a participation index of 1,240,946, a media index of 2,015,595, a communication index of 2,126,112, and a community index of 2,976,491.

Naturally, this also means that the "Permission to Dance" hitmakers are the most popular K-Pop group in March. BTS also topped the brand reputation rankings for boy groups this month.
Currently, BTS is in Las Vegas to attend the 64th Grammy Awards and hold their four night "Permission to Dance On Stage" concert in April.
Lim Young Woong, IU, and (G)I-DLE are in the Top 5 Most Popular Stars in March 2022
Following behind BTS as the third most popular star is trot singer, Lim Young Woong.

Lim Young Woong is continuing his streak as one of the top trot singers in South Korea, amassing a brand reputation index of 6,007,831, with a participation index of 1,546,936, a media index of 1,052,695, a communication index of 1,476,851, and a community index of 1,931,351.
Coming in at fourth place is the Nation's Little Sister, IU!

And finally, making it within the top five is Cube Entertainment's top girl group, (G)I-DLE.

According to the Korean Business Research Institute, the "TOMBOY" singers had garnered a total brand reputation index of 4,395,286 for the month of March. They garnered a participation index of 343,322, a media index of 596,381, a communication index of 1,851,403, and a community index of 1,604,180.
(G)I-DLE recently made their comeback as a five-member group back on March 14 with their first studio album "I Never Die."
