iKON to Make a Comeback in Over a Year with New Mini-Album
In other news, iKON is finally returning with new music after more than a year. The band has been inactive in the K-pop scene since the conclusion of Mnet's competition show "Kingdom: Legendary War," which took place from April to June 2021.
Because of their long break, many fans have been demanding YG Entertainment to let iKON make a comeback, and it appears like their requests were heard.
iKON's last comeback was in March 2021 when they released the digital single "Why Why Why." Meanwhile, their last album, titled "I DECIDE," came out more than two years ago in February 2020.
On April 11, the boy group dropped a teaser poster that announces a new album is "coming soon."
