On April 28, 2022, a post from Nate Pann titled "Sullyoon and Jang Wonyoung and Yoona and Suzy of 4th generation idols" started trending on social media sites.

There, Sullyoon was dubbed by South Korean online users as the fourth generation version of SNSD Yoona.
This is primarily because of her visuals. People believe Sullyoon has all the qualities a visual needs and that her features perfectly adhere to the South Korean beauty standards. Others believe she is similar to Yoona because of her abilities as a center.

While Sullyoon is being dubbed as the fourth-generation Yoona, IVE member Jang Wonyoung is being dubbed as the fourth-generation version of Suzy.

Another reason why Jang Wonyoung is dubbed as the fourth-generation Suzy is due to her personal popularity. While IVE is a popular girl group, Jang Wonyoung is arguably the most famous member, so she has more solo activities and endorsements than her members.
