On May, K-Pop Radar's monthly charts for the most viewed K-Pop music videos on Youtube have been updated to reflect the data that was garnered for the month of April. From IVE's "LOVE DIVE" to BIGBANG's "Still Life," these K-Pop music videos garnered the most views on Youtube in April 2022!

IVE's 'LOVE DIVE' is the Most Viewed K-Pop Music Video in April 2022

Claiming the top spot on the list as the most viewed K-Pop music video for the month of April is none other that rising stars and rookie girl group, IVE, with their more recent release "LOVE DIVE."

According to K-Pop Radar, "LOVE DIVE," which was released by Starship Entertainment back on April 5, had garnered a total of 66,373,566 views on its music video on Youtube for the month of April alone.

"LOVE DIVE" is the lead single of IVE's second single album of the same name. The song was written by Seo Ji Eum, with composition by Sophia Brennan, Elle Campbell, and Nick Hahn. "LOVE DIVE," which is described to be a dark modern pop and eletropop track with an addictive chorus, features lyrics that reinterpret cupid in the new era.

"LOVE DIVE" also marks the six-member group's first comeback after four months since making their debut back on December 1, 2021 with their first single album "Eleven."

Following the release of "LOVE DIVE," the song went on to peak at No. 1 on Billboard Korea's K-Pop Hot 100. It also peaked at No. 3 on Gaon's Digital Chart and at No. 6 on Oricon's Combined Singles chart.

The song also took a spot at several Billboard charts, including No. 8 on the World Digital Song Sales chart and No. 15 on the Global 200. It also entered Billboard Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam charts.

As of writing, "LOVE DIVE" currently has over 67.5 million views.

BIGBANG's 'Still Life' is the Second Most Viewed K-Pop Music Video in April 2022

Coming in behind "LOVE DIVE" as the second most viewed K-Pop music video for the month of April is second generation and legendary K-Pop group, BIGBANG, with their new track "Still Life."

"Still Life," which was also released back on April 5 as a digital single, had garnered a total of 55,449,393 views on Youtube in April.

"Still Life," which is a soft rock track, featured BIGBANG members G-Dragon and T.O.P in the lyrics and composition of the song, along with Kush, VVN, 24, Vince, and Seo Won Jin.

The song also marks the group's first release in over four years since "Flower Road" 2018. In addition, this also marks BIGBANG's first release as a four-member group, following Seungri's departure and retirement from the entertainment industry back in 2019 due to his involvement in the Burning Sun scandal.

Following the release of "Still Life," the song landed atop several domestic and overseas charts. It landed at No. 1 on Gaon's Digital Chart and Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart, and peaked at No. 9 on Billboard's Global 200 chart, No. 24 on Digital Song Sales chart, and No. 57 on the Official Download Chart in the United Kingdom.

As of writing, "Still Life" has a more than 55.9 million views.
