"Queendom 2" Final Results Manipulated? New "Evidence" Surface
On June 2, Mnet's "Queendom 2" officially came to an end, with WJSN (Cosmic Girls) crowned as the ultimate winner of the reality show.
The final winner was determined with 100,000 points being the maximum score, 40,000 points of which came from the first three rounds of the program, while the remaining 60,000 points were decided during the final episode.
The latter set of points consisted of 30,000 points from live voting during the finale, 20,000 points from digital performance of the teams' new songs, 5,000 points from fan's choice voting, and another 5,000 points from video scores.

Regarding the digital performance, the scores were determined through the number of streams the songs gained on Spotify. The results for this showed LOONA in first place, followed by WJSN, VIVIZ, Kep1er, Brave Girls, and Hyolyn. However, fans claimed that VIVIZ should be in second place, while WJSN is in third as VIVIZ had higher streams than the latter.
Because of the unexpected rankings in the digital performance, many netizens started to question the tally method, and some suspected that Mnet had rigged the scoring system, which they are infamous of.

Amid the controversy, Mnet released an official statement to deny the alleged rigging of the "Queendom 2" final results, particularly for the Spotify scores. They said that the streaming scores were counted per unique user each day, and that multiple plays in a day, as well as multiple plays by the same unique user, were not considered in the final figures.
Despite Mnet clarifying the issue, many international fans and netizens remain doubtful of the final scores, and one of those is a Twitter user (@qd2questions) who posted new "evidence" to back their claims that Mnet rigged the scores. This netizen uploaded photos showing the data they collected during the voting period, and alleged that there was a rapid change in voting rates and that there were almost identical voting totals maintained between the teams.

"It's so clear that the scoring was rigged"
