Unlike many major entertainment companies in South Korea, like SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, etc., that house several idol groups and soloists, other agencies manage just one musical artist on their roster. Here are 10 K-pop companies that handle only one act.
10 K-pop Companies That Manage Only One Musical Artist Thus Far
EDAM Entertainment
EDAM Entertainment is just one proof of how important IU is to her manager. This company was founded by Bae Jong Han, the solo artist's manager for more than 12 years now, in early 2020. Together with all of her staff, IU transferred from Kakao M to its new subsidiary label, EDAM Entertainment.

BE:LIFT LAB
Previously called BELIF+, BE:LIFT LAB was founded in 2018 as a collaboration between HYBE (formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment) and CJ ENM. The HYBE Label is currently home to the boy group ENHYPEN, which comprises members chosen through the survival show "I-LAND."
With BE:LIFT LAB producing the second season of "I-LAND," which will form their first girl group, the agency may manage two musical acts.
Source Music
Another HYBE Label, Source Music only handles the new girl group LE SSERAFIM, which debuted in May 2022 and quickly became one of the top fourth-generation girl groups. Source Music is well-known to be the former home of the disbanded girl groups GLAM and GFRIEND.
SPIRE Entertainment
Spire Entertainment is one of the newest K-pop companies, having been established in December 2020 just to debut OMEGA X. The boy group is made up of a total of 11 boys who are all former members of different disbanded teams. Ever since they debuted in June 2021, OMEGA X has shown its potential to become one of the top idol groups of their generation.

Dreamcatcher Company
As the name suggests, Dreamcatcher Company is the label housing the rock idol group Dreamcatcher. It is originally called Pungnyeon Entertainment and later Happyface Entertainment. It has been the group's label since Dreamcatcher first debuted as MINX way back in 2014.
Before MINX was launched, the agency debuted Dal Shabet in 2011. However, Dal Shabet became inactive several years ago, leaving Dreamcatcher as the sole remaining group.
KQ Entertainment
Although KQ Entertainment has subsidiary labels that manage their own artists, KQ is solely home to ATEEZ, which is one of the top fourth-generation K-pop groups. ATEEZ is widely known for their several hits like "Deja Vu," "Fireworks (I'm the One)," "Answer," "Inception," "Wonderland," and more.
Dongyo Entertainment
Dongyo Entertainment is one of the small K-pop companies that isn't well-known in the industry, but everything changed when its only artist, DKZ (formerly called DONGKIZ) recently earned massive popularity thanks to one of its members. In particular, band member Jaechan rose to fame for playing one of the main roles in the BL drama "Semantic Error."

BlueDot Entertainment
A subsidiary label of Kakao Entertainment, BlueDot Entertainment is home to only the six-member boy group JUST B, which debuted in June 2021 (alongside OMEGA X). Three of the band members used to be trainees at Play M Entertainment (now called IST Entertainment), namely Jimin, Doyum (DY), and Byeong Hee (Bain). Meanwhile, Geonu and JM are former "I-LAND" contestants.
The Wave Music
Formerly known as Kiwi Company, The Wave Music currently houses the seven-member multi-national girl group GWSN, which debuted back in September 2018. The band is also known as Girls in the Park and is recognized for their no-skip discography. So if you haven't heard any of their songs, you might want to check them out.
