On June 13, IST Entertainment announced that an Apink subunit, consisting of Chorong and Bomi, will debut with their first album in July.

It will be Apink's very first subunit in 11 years since their debut back in April 2011. In the past, the group members only formed subunits on their own, such as JooJiRong (Namjoo, Eunji, and Chorong) and Y.O.S (Bomi, Naeun, and Hayoung).
