On June 13, the Korean media outlet Segye Daily released the written interview with Chae Dasom, the woman behind the choreography of IVE's popular track, "LOVE DIVE."

As the song won eight awards on music shows, fans' attention also gave interest on the people who participated in the production beyond the singers.

For the song's case, it was created through a collaboration between two top dance crews: La Chica and Freemind. One of them is the talented idol choreographer Chae Dasom (32) from Freemind, who has been a dancer for 11 years.

During the interview, Chae revealed the behind-the-scenes and process of making the choreography.

She said:

"It was important to make the song sound dreamy and elegant."

With this in mind, Dasom then confessed the special consideration that she have to make while working on the dance steps.

"IVE members are so pretty. I thought I should show their pretty faces to the public.

I used a lot of arm movements to match the beat and to make the members look pretty even if they stand without dancing too much."

Indeed, the final output became a huge topic on SNS due to the alluring movements that emphasized not only the dance skills of members but as well as their beauty.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Chae Dasom made a hit through her choreography. In fact, she's also the genius behind Since when did you become a choreographer behind Taeyeon's "Weekend," IVE's "ELEVEN," IZ*ONE's "La Vien Rose" and "Violeta."

On the other hand, IVE is emerging as the fourth generation K-pop star girl group.

In December last year, the sextet won 13 awards in music programs, including the terrestrial triple crown, with its debut song "ELEVEN."

The second single, "LOVE DIVE," released in April, also settled at the top of charts such as "Billboard Global," "World Digital Song Sales," "Hot Trending Songs" and "K-Pop 100" at home and abroad, along with winning eight music programs.

While IVE just wrapped up their activities for its second single, the six-member team is set to release a new track, this time, in collaboration with its senior groups OH MY GIRL and CRAVITY.

On June 14, Starship and WM Entertainment in partnership with Pepsi announced that the three representative groups will be working together to release the song, "BLUE & BLACK."

For this track, Oh My Girl Hyojung and Arin, IVE Jang Wonyoung and Leeseo as well as CRAVITY Serim and Jungmo participated.

The song will be released at 6 p.m. KST on June 28.
