MAMAMOO Solar Diet 2022: Lose 2KG in Three Days!

The idol had previously shared a three-day fruit diet vlog on her YouTube channel. There, she crafted a plan she strictly followed for three days to ensure her bloat and fat would melt away.

When she started the diet, she weighed 46.5kg. By the end, she weighed 44.9kg.

MAMAMOO Solar 3-Day Fruit Diet: Day 1

For her breakfast, Solar drank one pack of soy milk. The idol also ate one-half of a big apple. Solar stated that the apple was so big that even half was a lot! She also ate a small slice of air-fried sweet potato.

Solar ate 1/2 cup of brown rice and one large cluster of Campbell grapes for lunch. The idol paired this with a chicken breast. The idol only ate 15 grapes from the cluster.

The idol ate a second lunch later in the day. For this, she ate persimmons and chicken breasts. The chicken breasts were cut into bite-sized pieces and placed in a small cup.

The idol skipped dinner on day one.

MAMAMOO Solar 3-Day Fruit Diet: Day 2

On day two, Solar ate the same breakfast as day one. This means she, once again, ate half of a large apple, a pack of soy milk, and some sweet potatoes.

For lunch, she ate the same food as the previous day. She ate chicken breast with 1/2 cup of brown rice. She then ate Campbell grapes. Like the last day, she only ate 15 grapes.

For her second lunch, Solar ate the persimmons she cut in the morning with chicken breast. In the video, Solar confessed that chicken breast is never part of her menu when she is not dieting. However, she must tell herself it tastes good when she is dieting.

For dinner, Solar ate two hard-boiled eggs. First, however, she took out the yolk. She then ate the leftover persimmons from her second lunch.

MAMAMOO Solar 3-Day Fruit Diet: Day 3

Solar's diet for day three did not change. However, fans were able to see how the idol prepared her meals for the day. The idol meal-preps in the morning to keep her diet in check.

For breakfast, she ate sliced apples and air-fried sweet potatoes. She drank one pack of soy milk.

For lunch, she ate 1/2 cup of brown rice and chicken breast. She then ate 15 pieces of Campbell grapes. While eating, she pretended she was eating pizza!
