At one point in the live stream, Hikaru and Kim Dayeon were seen near the camera while Seo Youngeun was in the middle of the practice room. Seo Youngeun was performing "U+ME=LOVE," a song she had previously performed on "Girls Planet 999."

As Hikaru and Kim Dayeon were at the front and appeared larger, Seo Youngeun appeared smaller since she was farther from the camera, Hikaru and Kim Dayeon pretended to lift her by pinching their fingers together where Seo Youngeun appeared on the camera. Many explained that the hand gesture of pinching fingers together is used by "Hannams," which means "Korean male parasites" or misogynistic men when talking about the size of their privates.

Internet users expressed shame in the Korean men who use such hand gestures. Now, artists are extra cautious of what they do on camera.

"Seriously, because of these f*cked up Hannams, female celebrities have to pay attention to the hand gestures they make now."

"It is Korean men's fault for having an inferiority complex over their size."

"What are we going to do about these Hannam roaches? Even Japanese girls know about Hannams' complex. Honestly, even foreign articles talk about Hannams getting offended by that hand gesture."
