Due to increased pain in his elbow, the "HOT" singer recently visited the hospital and was informed by a medical staff that his lateral epicondylitis and tendon damage has worsened. He eventually had to undergo surgery on June 15.

"The operation was successful, and the artist has been recuperating after being discharged as of Thursday the 16th," PLEDIS continued. As a result of his surgery, SEVENTEEN Jeonghan will wear a cast for the meantime, as well as a brace to protect the treated area and to help him recover faster.

The company went on to say that although he recently underwent surgery, Jeonghan is still determined to participate in SEVENTEEN's "BE THE SUN" world tour and other upcoming group activities. However, there will be some adjustments in his participation depending on the circumstances.
