SONE has started trending the hashtag "#SMTREATSNSDBETTER" on Twitter as they question SM Entertainment about SNSD's comeback this coming August. Keep on reading to know what the fans are saying.
SONE Demands SM Entertainment for Update on SNSD's Comeback This 2022
In the earlier months of this year, SNSD members have been hinting at their full-group comeback through separate interviews, fan signing events, Instagram live broadcasts, and more.
This past May, SM Entertainment officially announced that the legendary girl group will drop a new album in August to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their debut in 2007. The album will mark an end to their five-year hiatus since their sixth studio album "Holiday Night" came out in August 2017.

However, it has been two months since SM Entertainment made the announcement but no further updates on SNSD's comeback were given. Only two weeks are left before July ends, and Aug. 5 marks the girl group's 15th debut anniversary.
Usually, when K-pop groups are about to drop a new album, the pre-order begins one month before its official release. But SM Entertainment is yet to announce the start of pre-orders for SNSD's upcoming album. The company is also yet to release any teasers for their return.

Due to lack of updates, SONE (SNDS's fan club) took to Twitter to voice out their concerns, and to trend the hashtag "#SMTREATSNSDBETTER" and the phrase "SM, WHERE'S SNSD'S TEASER?." Considering that SNSD is one of the top girl groups in the K-pop industry, fans demand better treatment for the team.
One fan said, "This comeback is so meaningful to gg (Girls' Generation) and SONE. They should be treated better. Where is the teaser, where is the pre-order? We need it right away SM."

No amount of excuse can warrant the obvious neglect and mistreatment.

The other SONE commented, "The mere fact that the members initiated this comeback themselves, most of the planning + brainstorming, and even went out of their ways to align their schedules. There is so much SM can do. This is only the bare minimum that we are demanding."

We will no longer accept this silently. We SONES know the hell it was in 2017, many trying to buy Holiday Night and SM claiming they were having problems producing albums.

SNSD did NOT rearrange their schedules to make time for this comeback, plan zoom calls when they couldn’t be at meetings, work so hard planning and filming their own variety show and filming other variety appearances for you to NOT DO YOUR ONE JOB @SMTOWNGLOBAL #SMTREATSNSDBETTER
