NCT Lucas Called Out After LE SSERAFIM Kim Garam's Contract With HYBE Gets Terminated
On July 20, HYBE and Source Music released a joint statement to announce that the company decided to terminate their exclusive contract with LE SSERAFIM member Kim Garam. This results in the female idol leaving the team. LE SSERAFIM will be promoting as a five-member girl group from now on.
Kim Garam's contract termination comes after her bullying controversy, which surfaced even before her debut this past May. At the time the allegations were made, Source Music released a statement denying the accusations and later announced that the LE SSERAFIM member will temporarily halt her activities.

Lucas was also involved in a controversy, but his case differs from the female idol.
