Circle Chart, formerly known as Gaon Chart, announced the K-pop releases that have garnered the highest amount of album sales in the past month and made it within the list of top overall sales in July. Several of the albums in the list were released in July. Meanwhile, some albums released in the past months were also included. With that, here are the top 20 best-selling K-Pop albums in July 2022, according to Circle Chart's data!
aespa's 'Girls' is the Best-Selling K-pop Album in July 2022
Taking over as the best-selling K-pop album for the month of July is the four-piece girl group, aespa, and their latest release, "Girls."
"Girls" is aespa's second mini album released back on July 8, nine months after dropping their first mini album, "Savage," back in October 2021.

According to Circle Chart, aespa's "Girls" recorded a whopping 1.05 million album sales for July alone, ultimately surpassing their previous record for "Savage," which recorded more than 739,000 album copies sold and debuted at No. 1 on the Circle Album Chart.
The album features a total of nine tracks, with three having been pre-released before the album's release. The songs included are "Girls," "Illusion," "Lingo," the Korean and English versions of "Life's Too Short," "ICU," as well as their past releases "Black Mamba," "Forever," and "Dreams Come True."
SEVENTEEN's 'Sector 17' is the Second Best-Selling Album in July 2022
Following behind aespa is the thirteen-member boy group SEVENTEEN, with their repackaged album "Sector 17."
"Sector 17," which is the repackaged album of their fourth studio album, "Face the Sun," was released back on July 18. According to Circle Chart, the new album surpassed 855,400 copies sold in less than a month of its release.

"Sector 17" marks the group's third overall repackaged album and contains a total of 13 tracks, including nine of their songs from "Face the Sun" and four new tracks. The new track included in this album are "CIRCLES," "_WORLD," "Fallin' Flower," and "CHEERS."
On the Circle Album Chart, "Sector 17" peaked at No. 1.
