'Music Bank in Chile' 2022: NoiX Entertainment Announces Lineup
On Aug. 12, NoiX Entertainment announced through their Instagram account that "Music Bank" will return to Chile this year in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the first "Music Bank in Chile" back in 2012.
After a few years of hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the KBS music show's ongoing world tour will commence- and on Nov. 12- "Music Bank" will hold a concert in Chile featuring a star-studded lineup of performing artists. The show in the said country will also serve as a special episode of the program.

According to the list of performers, NCT Dream, ATEEZ, TXT, The Boyz, (G)I-DLE, and STAYC will all perform at "Music Bank in Chile" 2022, which will mark the third time the event will take place in the country (after 2012 and 2018 shows).
In addition to that, it will be the very first time that the six aforementioned K-pop artists will participate in "Music Bank in Chile." It will also mark (G)I-DLE's second time to take part in a "Music Bank" concert, as they previously performed in Berlin back in 2018.
All of these six fourth-generation K-pop groups have been leaving fans impressed with their outstanding skills not only in writing, rapping or dancing, but also in writing and producing songs in the past few years. And as they continue to showcase their versatility, their respective fandoms expand further.

This year, the "Music Bank in Chile 2022" performers achieved impressive milestones with their newest music releases.
Take for example NCT Dream, who has become a triple million seller for two consecutive years thanks to their fans who bought their latest studio album "Glitch Mode" and its repackaged version "Beatbox."
As for TXT, the quintet became the first K-pop artist to spend 12 weeks on Billboard 200 with a 2022 K-pop album ("minisode 2: Thursday's Child"). This only means that the mini-album steadily sells copies in the United States.
ATEEZ also entered the Billboard 200 this year, particularly landing inside the top 3 with "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT." This makes them the only fifth K-pop boy group in history to do so.

The Boyz proved their popularity in Japan by topping the Oricon Daily Album Chart on May 27 with their second japanese mini-album "SHE'S THE BOSS." The title song of the same name also hit No. 1 on Line Music's real-time chart on May 14.
Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE and STAYC both broke their personal record for first-week sales with their latest albums "I NEVER DIE" and "WE NEED LOVE," respectively.
"Music Bank in Chile" is just a part of the "Music Bank World Tour." NoiX Entertainment is yet to release more details about the concert in Chile and the world tour, so stay tuned!
What Is 'Music Bank World Tour'?
"Music Bank World Tour" is a global live concert tour of South Korean music program "Music Bank" by the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS). It first kicked off in July 2011 and has since been held in different cities Across Asia, Europe, and Latin America with a global audience of approximately 200,000.
The numerous "Music Bank" concerts featured many legendary K-pop groups, including Girls' Generation, TVXQ, U-Kiss, INFINITE, 4Minute, 2PM, Kara, Secret, and Rainbow to name a few.
