BTS Makes History on Billboard Hot 100 as 'Bad Decisions' Debuts Within Top 10 of Chart
On Aug. 5, BTS' long-awaited collaboration with Snoop Dogg and Benny Blanco, titled "Bad Decisions," was officially released. The song will be included in the latter artist's upcoming studio album, which is set for release later this year.
Immediately upon its release, "Bad Decisions" skyrocketed to the top of iTunes charts in various countries all around the world. It ranked first in at least 74 regions including the United States, Canada, Sweden, Italy, and Norway.
This week, the collaboration track made remarkable debuts on various Billboard charts.

On Aug. 16, Billboard officially announced that BTS' "Bad Decisions" with Benny Blanco and Snoop Dogg debuted at No. 10 on Hot 100 with 66,000 units sold (the biggest U.S pure sales week for any single released in 2022). The sales figure includes 45,000 digital downloads, 16,000 sold on CD, and 5,000 sold on cassette.
Billboard also revealed that the track garnered 10.1 million streams and 3.1 million radio reach.
This marks Snoop Dogg 12th top 10 hit on Hot 100, while it marks BTS' 10th and Benny Blanco's second.
Now that "Bad Decisions" is the K-pop boy group's tenth top 10 entry, BTS has become the first Korean act in history to earn a milestone of ten top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The septet's previous songs to debut within the top 10 of the main chart are "Fake Love," "Boy With Luv," "On," "Dynamite," Savage Love (Laxed - Siren Beat)," "Life Goes On," "Butter," "Permission to Dance," and "My Universe."
In addition to that, "Bad Decisions" is now the 2022 song by a K-pop artist with the highest debut on Billboard Hot 100, surpassing BTS' own song "Yet to Come" (which entered at No. 13).
BTS' "Bad Decisions" with Snoop Dogg and Benny Blanco also debuted on the latest Billboard Global 200 at No. 6, the highest new entry this week. This makes BTS the first group to earn ten top 10 hits on the Billboard Global 200 chart in history.
The collaboration also made it to this week's Billboard Global Exlc. U.S chart at No. 7.

Finally, "Bad Decisions" entered at No. 1 on this week's Digital Song Sales chart with 45,000 units sold- the second-highest debut sales week of 2022 (bested only by Nicki Minaj's "Do We Have A Problem?" feat. Lil Baby).
With this, BTS extends their record as the group with the most No. 1 hits on the Digital Song Sales chart, having 11 songs to date.

BTS' 'Bad Decisions' With Snoop Dogg & Benny Blanco Debuts on UK's Official Charts
In related news, BTS' "Bad Decisions" also managed to debut on several of the United Kingdom's Official Charts.
The collaboration song entered at No. 53 on the Official Singles Chart for the week of July 1 to 7. It also ranked fifth on the Official Singles Downloads and placed seventh on the Official Singles Sales Chart.
