IVE Jang Wonyoung's Latest Hairstyle Expected to be Hot Trend
A new hairstyle rocked by IVE member Jang Wonyoung is drawing much attention.

On August 25, IVE attended the "2022 K-Global Heart Dream Awards." The show was held in Seoul, South Korea, and featured several performances from top K-pop artists.
IVE was awarded two trophies that night: The Bonsang (Main Award) and Super Rookie of the Year. To accept the award, members Jang Wonyoung and Ahn Yujin represented the group and delivered their thank-you speeches.

Jang Wonyoung's short and cute bang caught people's attention during the event. Throughout her time with IVE, Jang Wonyoung usually stuck to her long straight hair without putting her bangs down.
Now, however, Jang Wonyoung's baby hairs that grew along the hairline were curled to look like bangs. With this new hairstyle and unique styling of the bangs, the idol gives off a cute charm.

On Jang Wonyoung's Instagram, she dubbed the hairstyle "Tweety Bang" because it resembled the cartoon character Tweet the Bird. The character has baby hair strands that stick out of its head.
Like the "Choppy Bang" trend, which featured short bangs above the eyebrow," Jang Wonyoung's adorable "Tweety Bang" is expected to become a popular hairstyle among Gen Zs.

IVE Recent Activities
IVE released their third single album, "After LIKE," on August 22. The album contains the title track of the same name and a b-sidetrack titled "My Satisfaction."

On the first day of its release, "After LIKE" sold 464,690 copies. With this, the girl group broke their previous record of 338,141 copies with "LOVE DIVE."
"After LIKE" achieved the third-highest first-day sales for an album by a K-pop girl group on the Hanteo Chart. IVE comes after aespa's "Girls" and BLACKPINK's "THE ALBUM."
