On September 2, SNSD fandom SONEs commemorated the achievement of the group on Twitter following a viral clip.
In particular, members Tiffany, YoonA, and Hyoyeon became a hot topic on various online communities and social media platforms after a Twitter user posted the "ending fairy" clip of the trio.
The video came from SNSD's performance of their new track, "FOREVER 1" during "SMTOWN LIVE 2022: SMCU EXPRESS@ HUMAN CITY SUWON" held on August 20.
In the clip, the three idols gained attention after showing three different emotions - Tiffany beaming, YoonA showing a slight smile, and Hyoyeon shedding tears.

Although the behind-the-scenes story of the video has a deeper meaning for SONEs as it will be the last stage for now of Girls' Generation as a complete eight-member group, the clip eventually became a viral meme.
SONEs started using the four-second video to hilariously describe three different scenarios and the progress of the emotions when people experience them.
As the video continues to spread on the internet, even non-K-pop fans are now using it as well. As of September 2, the "Tiffany/YoonA/Hyoyeon" viral meme amassed 10.4 million views!

Girls' Generation, which debuted in 2007, made a splendid comeback on August 5 by releasing their seventh full-length album "FOREVER 1" to mark their 15th debut anniversary.
The album is also more special as this is their first comeback in about five years as a complete group, together with Tiffany, Sooyoung and Seohyun who are now under new respective agencies.
After years of trying to match their schedules, the eight members finally met SONEs through numerous activities including appearances in entertainment broadcasts and music shows. They also attended SMTOWN artist.
On August 31, Girls' Generation also held a face-to-face signing event to commemorate the release of their album, excluding YoonA and Sooyoung due to busy schedules.
