On the Sept. 7 episode of MBC's "Radio Star," Super Junior Shindong appeared as a guest along with ITZY Chaeryeong, Jinseong, Kim Ho Jung, and Geum Jan Di.

During the broadcast, Shindong took the chance to share an unforgettable experience Super Junior members had when they were promoting overseas in the past.

He said:

"During a performance in South America, a fan put her hand like this and then took off her underwear and threw it onto the stage. It was the first time we experienced this, so we didn't know why they were doing that. We froze (while looking at the underwear on stage)."

The "Mango" singer continued:

"We were performing and when we saw those things, we stopped and looked bewildered while thinking, 'Why are they throwing this?'"

He then shared that when they reacted surprised, the other ELFs got more excited and began throwing other stuff from their bag on stage- including contraceptives. However, one time, Super Junior told the fans to stop throwing those things.

Super Junior Shindong also shared another story on MBC's "Radio Star," and this time it was about how he lost his veneers while performing. He revealed that there was a time it fell off while he was performing.

"My teeth are veneered actually. Before putting them on, I had to put on temporary teeth for a week," the "House Party" singer stated.

He went on to say:

"During that time, there was a performance scheduled. I hit my front teeth with a mic while speaking and four of the front teeth fell. So I went backstage to put them back on."

Meanwhile, Shindong currently appears on JTBC"s entertainment show "Knowing Bros" as a special host every week, as well as on the web show "The Door: To the Strange World" as a cast member. He previously hosted the web shows "Meet Me" and "Love Mafia."

Super Junior's Recent Activities

On July 12, Super Junior made their second comeback this year. They dropped their 11th studio album "The Road: Keep on Going" which features the title track "Mango."

"The Road: Keep on Going" successfully dominated the top of iTunes Album charts in at least 23 regions around the world. It also entered the top 10 of 33 other countries including the United States and Canada and debuted in 40 other regions including the United Kingdom.

At the same time, "Mango" secured first place on iTunes Song charts in six regions and ranked high on the charts in a total of 18 countries.

Aside from making a comeback, Super Junior is also currently in the middle of their Asian tour called "SUPER SHOW 9" ROAD." The tour kicked off in July in Seoul, South Korea, followed by a two-night concert in Bangkok, Thailand in the same month. The group was supposed to hold a concert in Manila, Philippines in August, but it was postponed out of respect for the passing of Eunhyuk's father.

This September, the boy group wrapped up their Singapore concert on the 3rd. They will then head to Indonesia on the 17th and Malaysia on Oct. 10.
