BLACKPINK's 'Pink Venom' MV Scores New YouTube Milestone Ahead of "BORN PINK" Album Release
Just a few hours before BLACKPINK officially drops their "BORN PINK" album, the music video for their pre-release single "Pink Venom" set a new record on YouTube.
On Sept. 16 at around 9:30 a.m. KST, BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" MV soared past 300 million views on YouTube, becoming their 11th full-group music video to attain the feat following "BOOMBAYAH," "Whistle," "STAY," "Playing With Fire," "As If it's Your Last," "DDU-DU DDU-DU," "Kill This Love," "Ice Cream," "How You Like That," and "Lovesick Girls."

With "Pink Venom" joining the list, every single one of BLACKPINK's group music videos now has 300 million views on YouTube.
On top of that, BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" MV is now the fastest K-pop music video released in 2022 to surpass the 300-million mark. After it was dropped on Aug. 19 at 1 p.m. KST, the MV took only 27 days and 20 hours to hit the milestone.
"Pink Venom" also now holds the record for the fifth-fastest female music video to garner 300 million views in YouTube history, bested only by Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do," Adelle "Hello," BLACKPINK's "How You Like That," and Camila Cabello "Señorita" (with Shawn Mendes).

To recall, the "Pink Venom" MV accumulated 90.4 million views just one day after its release, so it doesn't come as a surprise that it reached 300 million views in less than a month.
Additionally, since it was released, "Pink Venom" has been the most-viewed K-pop music video for several days, particularly in the first week of September.

BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" Enters Latest Circle Charts- How High Is the Song in the Rankings?
On Sept. 16, Circle Chart revealed the chart rankings for the week of Sept. 4 to 10, and BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" is one of the songs soaring high in the rankings.
In particular, "Pink Venom" stayed strong at No. 3 on both the Circle Digital Chart and Circle Streaming Chart. It garnered more than 27 million digital points during the said tracking week.
Moreover, the pre-release single took No. 6 on the Circle Download Chart and No. 118 on the Circle Singing Room Chart.

Finally, on the Circle Social Chart, BLACKPINK maintained its position at No. 1, while member Lisa jumped two spots up to No. 3.
BLACKPINK "Pink Venom" also made it to this week's Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S chart, marking its third consecutive week on both charts. The girl group even achieved a new feat with this.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's "THE ALBUM" re-entered this week's Billboard World Albums chart at No. 15, extending its record as the longest-running album by a female K-pop artist on the tally in history. The full album has now spent 97 weeks on the chart.
