K-pop stans always say their bias looks like they came straight out of a manga. But did you know some idols actually look identical to anime characters? Here are five notable boy group examples!
1. BTS V
BTS member V bears a striking resemblance to Haru from "My Little Monster"!

With his long fluffy hair, pale skin, and high nose, it is not hard to see the similarities. Haru is known among anime fans for his striking visuals and his lovable personality. While he looks like a bad boy, he is actually a sweetheart!
Does that not sound like V?
2. SEVENTEEN Jeonghan
When Jeonghan had pink hair, the idol looked almost identical to Kisumi Shigino from "Free!!"

Kisumi Shigino has long, wavy pink hair and pale skin. He looked identical to Jeonghan when the idol rocked pink hair! His features are a perfect mix of feminine and masculine, just like Jeonghan.
Like Jeonghan, Kisumi Shogun is a jokester who loves to tease his friends.
3. NCT Taeyong
While promoting with SuperM in late 2019 and early 2020, Taeyong caused a visual shock when he dyed his hair half red and half white. As a result, many claimed he looked like the anime character Shoto Todoroki from "My Hero Academia."

Shoto Todoroki, just like Taeyong at the time, has half white and half red hair. He is well-built for his age, and NCTzens can agree that Taeyong is also muscular. Their one big difference is that Shoto has a burn mark on the left side of his face.
4. TXT Beomgyu
With his short brown hair and high nose bridge, Beomgyu bears an uncanny resemblance to Kou Mabuchi for "Ao Haru Ride."

Kou is described as a handsome young man with fluffy black hair and sharp eyes. This is highly similar to how Beomgyu looked during TXT's earlier days. When he is not smiling, he seems mature and serious.
Though he looks cold, he is actually warm-hearted, similar to Beomgyu.
5. JYJ Jaejoong
We cannot end this list without mentioning the idol with total manga-like visuals, Jaejoong! Many agree that he resembles Light Yagami from "Death Note."

When Jaejoong has brown hair, they look identical! Light Yagami is known for being incredibly handsome, with light brown hair and sparkling eyes. Does that not describe Jaejoong perfectly?
