When asked what took them so long to prepare for the final release of the first episode of the series, Bae Jinyoung explained that since they now have more opportunities to meet FIX across the globe unlike the past few years (when COVID-19 pandemic was severe), they decided to embark on a tour overseas- and this what made them busier than ever.

CIX Bae Jinyoung said:

"Since there are more opportunities to meet FIX around the world than before, we released an album in Japan while doing concerts and overseas tours. In the meantime, we've been working on the album constantly. For this album, we were more considerate about every detail because we wanted to show how much we matured. Nevertheless, our messages don't change, so please stay with us while we share our stories."

We also asked the CIX members how they can relate to the theme of "'OK' Episode 1 : OK Not." For instance, if they reached a point in their lives when they made desperate efforts to win their lover's heart, or if they broke any rules just to follow their heart's desire.

Yonghee responded that they always try to return the love they receive from their fans, collectively called FIX.

CIX Yonghee stated:

"As we're trying to find the essence of love, we thought of our fans, FIX, who always send us infinite love. The members will agree with me here. We always try to give back the love we received from our fans. Sometimes we feel like we can't express it as much as we wish to, but we will continue doing our best to give back all the love we've received from them."

Lessons Learned

When KpopStarz asked CIX what lessons they want to share with FIX through "'OK' Episode 1 : OK Not." Seunghun replied that the album is about their determination to search for the essence of love and that the group realized fans' love can be their motivation to move forward.

CIX Seunghun said:

"The 5th mini album is about our determination to find the essence of love. That's why we're always thankful for the love that FIX gives us. We realized once again that CIX can move forward with our fans' love as the greatest motivation. Oh, but because CIX and FIX are one, that love is going both ways. We hope you know that!"
