On Sept. 28, Dear U Bubble posted a notice, announcing that their service for VICTON Heo Chan will end on Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. KST. The announcement also included details concerning the "NEW VICTON 6-person ticket payment termination," explaining that only the new payments for the VICTON 6-person ticket will be terminated, and 1 to 5-person tickets are still available for purchase.

The Bubble notice came after VICTON Heo Chan was embroiled in a drunk driving controversy last week. On the 22nd, IST Entertainment announced that the male idol was caught driving under the influence of alcohol by the police on the morning of the 20th, and was under investigation.

The company also said that Chan will halt all individual and group activities, and that he is deeply reflecting and regretting his wrongdoing.

Following the Dear U Bubble notice, ALICE (VICTONs' fandom) was left confused, and some fans also believe that this might be a sign of Heo Chan leaving the group.

On Twitter, one fan expressed their worry as they pointed out that Wooya's Bubble notice last year was only about temporary suspension, but Chan's case is about termination, which might mean it's permanent.

On the contrary, a few fans think that the Bubble service termination may not mean Heo Chan is leaving VICTON but rather one of his punishments for what he did.

VICTON's Latest Group Comeback

In other news, VICTON made a group comeback before Heo Chan was involved in a DUI controversy.

On May 31, the IST boy group dropped their new mini-album "Chaos," as well as the music video for the title song "Stupid O'clock." "Chaos" impressively sold a total of 93,897 copies on the Hanteo Chart, becoming the group's first album to surpass 90,000 copies in the first week.

On the day of its release, VICTON's "Chaos" debuted at No. 14 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and No. 27 on the European iTunes Album Chart.

In South Korea, the title track "Stupid O'clock" entered at No. 13 on Bugs and No. 93 on MelOn's chart for recently released songs.
