5. ITZY
In July 2022, ITZY released their fifth mini-album, "Checkmate."

Upon release, "Checkmate" debuted at number one, selling 700,000 copies within the first week of its release. As a result, it became ITZY's fourth number-one album and it is ITZY's best-selling album. By August 31, "Checkmate" had excessed one million sales on the Circle Chart.
4. TWICE
In August 2022, TWICE released their eleventh mini-album, "BETW9EN 1&2."

Just two days into the pre-order period, "BETW9EN 1&2" sold 995,614 units. When it was released, it sold an additional 519,000 copies. This broke TWICE's previous record sales for "MORE & MORE." The album is TWICE's best-selling album on the chart after their 2021 release, "Formula of Love: O+T=<3."
3. IVE
In August 2022, IVE released their third single album, "After LIKE."

Upon release, the album entered the Circle Album Chart at number one. This is because in the first week of its release, "After LIKE" sold over one million copies! This is IVE's highest-selling album to date.
2. aespa
In July 2022, aespa released their second mini-album, "Girls."

The album was an instant success. "Girls" sold 1,426,487 copies in the first week of its release, causing it to chart at number one on the Circle Album Chart. This is aespa's highest-selling album to date and is aespa's second number-one album.
Additionally, "Girls" sold over 1,610,000 units during the pre-order period! This is their personal best, breaking their past record held by "Savage."

Following the release of "BORN PINK" in September 2022, the album sold 2.2 million copies in less than two days. It only took an hour forBLACKPINK to sell a million copies. As a result, BLACKPINK became the first K-pop girl group to have an album sell over two million copies. It is currently the best-selling album by a K-pop girl group album ever.
Additionally, the kit version of "BORN PINK" debuted at number four on the Circle Album Chart with 59,718 copies sold.
