MAMAMOO is showcasing a brilliant comeback as they continue to create new records with their latest release!

On October 11 at 6 p.m. KST, the "Vocal Queens" dropped their 12th mini-album, "MIC ON," on various music sites including YouTube. This is the first comeback of the quartet a little over a year as a full group.

In particular, the album is comprised of three songs, including its title track, "ILLELLA," "1,2,3, Eoi!" and "L.I.E.C." As soon as the MV for its lead single was unveiled on YouTube, it immediately climbed atop the YouTube music video Trending Worldwide chart on the same day of its release.

As of the 13th, "ILLELLA" MV remained at the trending chart under the category "Music" and ranked No. 11. The music video also surpassed 11 million views, four days after it was released.

In regards to its standing in the music charts, MAMAMOO proved their power in Korea with amazing achievements.

On October 13, Genius Korea announced that the group entered the top 5 of its chart for the first time since 2020 with its track, "ILLELLA."

MAMAMOO's "ILLELLA" also became the highest-charting debut song on the Bugs Daily chart on October 12. They cemented their position in Korea even more as they officially debuted on the Spotify Daily Top Artists South Korea chart holding the highest new entry on the chart on the same day.

Other than "ILLELLA," which re-peaked at the Bugs real-time chart on the 13th (as of 1 p.m. KST), the performance of the other two tracks was also remarkable. The songs "1, 2, 3 Eoi!" and "L.I.E.C," entered the top of the Bugs real-time chart, showing their "trust-listening MAMAMOO" power.

The lead track also entered the Top 100 on other domestic music charts such as on FLO, MelOn and Genie.

Internationally, MAMAMOO also proved its impact on the global market as the three songs debuted on iTunes song charts.

Shockingly, the track "1, 2, 3 Eoi" received more favor from international fans than the title track which led the b-side track to debut at No. 4 on Worldwide iTunes Song Chart. The song was followed by "ILLELLA" at No. 9 and "L.I.E.C" at No. 29 on Oct. 12.

MAMAMOO To Begin Full-Fledged Activities With Music Show Appearances, World Tour

Members Solar and Moonbyul worked hard to complete the most MAMAMOO-like album, including participating in the song. Mamamoo's free and confident charm is well integrated into three songs of various genres.

The title song "ILLELLA" is an exotic reggaeton song with a dark brass and repetitive guitar riff, a powerful and brilliant serenade completed by the two who confirmed that they feel the same way.

The addictive melody and metaphorical lyrics are added with the fascinating voices of the four members, stimulating excitement.
